"Items to Remember When Getting Your Car Repaired"
 
1.  Your car is a very important investment, protect its value and your safety by having it repaired properly.

2.  Never drive your vehicle if you feel it could be unsafe because of damages.

3.  Some insurance companies will ask you to go to their claims dept before having your vehicle repaired.  You may do this or you can choose to leave your vehicle at our shop and request that the insurance company inspect your vehicle at our location.

4.  One estimate or appraisal is all you need to process your  insurance claim.

5.  You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the facility of your choice.

6.  Differences in estimates are common between facilities.  A lower estimate may not include all necessary parts or procedures to properly repair your vehicle.  If you are not sure why one estimate is higher than another,  ask us and we can help.

7.  Choose a repair facility with certified and trained technicians by I-CAR and ASE.
 
8.  Ask if the repair facility will be using original manufacturer replacement parts.

9.  Make sure the shop offers a full Warranty.

10. Today's vehicles require specific up-to-date equipment and training to repair  today's vehicles back to factory specifications.

11.  Our trained professionals will handle your claim from towing to delivery.
