The health and well-being of our customers and team members is our number one priority. We are closely monitoring the evolution of COVID-19 taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).
Current regulations require masks for any business operations. We will gladly honor this requirement and do not require customers to have masks to obtain our world class service.
Starting July 6th Ed's will be taking the following vehicle sanitization process which is covered by most insurance companies.
Sanitize major touch points on vehicle. These include but are not limited to:
Any and all buttons (especially window buttons)
Wiper and turn signal stalks
Interior armrests, including those on the doors, center console, and pull-down armrests
Door grab handles
Ceiling and pillar grab handles
Keys and Key Fobs
Any other interior trim we will be in contact with.
This sanitizer service is performed prior to bringing in your vehicle for repairs and after the vehicle has been final washed for delivery.
Optional drop key drop located at the west of our main office door to assist with social distancing.
Whenever possible, we are limiting contact, including handshakes. We are also completing updates and providing communication to our customers by phone/ text and email.
Like everyone, we have taken additional precautions and enhanced our cleaning process across all shops and among our Team Members.
We take this situation seriously and are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone who visits and works in our locations.
